This website will provide you with information regarding the Pensacola Bay Bridge Replacement Project. Various alternatives and alignments will be considered to address both safety and possible capacity improvements that will tie into the existing facilities. During this study, potential locations for the new bridge will be identified and analyzed to document the impacts (both positive and negative) of the alternatives that are developed.

Information regarding contacting the Project Manager and submitting comments for the public record are also located within this site. Meeting times and locations will be posted to keep those visiting the site informed of upcoming events regarding the study to determine the best alternative for replacement of the 3 Mile Bridge.

5/5/2015 - On May 5, 2015, the Federal Highway Administration signed the Environmental Assessment (EA) with Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Final Section 4(f) Evaluation. The location and design concept of the selected alternative was also accepted.
